Rotisserie St-Hubert

Terrible experience for a Valentine's day dinner. We Went at the Candiac location and the restaurant was severely understaffed. It took 20 minutes for someone to show at our table and another 20 minutes to have our beverages. When the food arrived it was very close to be cold and when my wife asked for a glass of water, the answer was: We didn't have any clean glasses now. ARE YOU *** BLEEP *** KIDDING ME. They had enough glasses when i order my beer so that's a shady way to do business and to make their customers feel like they are the cheapest people on earth. My recommendation is that you stay far and way from that restaurant since they doesn't have a clue about customer service.

Baby shower held here for app. 75 people. Service was excellent considering the amount of people to be served.

Very good food and service

Once the finest place for BBQ chicken in Montreal but now it is Benny BBQ, bigger serving over all. These guys skimp on the fries, why do restaurants do that?!?

Worse st Hubert ever. We showed up for a birthday party at 5:30pm and reserved for 40 they only placed 20 seats.. we were only able to order at 6:30pm and im writing this review while still waiting for the food and it's 8:00pm. This place isn't organized and I would recommend don't waste ur time. Also they told the person who reserved and double checked the week before 1yr old B'day party well give 10% off for the trouble... Update it's now 8:30pm still no food and they said there excuse they have too many orders...

Nice ambiance and a friendly waiter. The kitchen staff were slow. Next time use pick up or drive thru.

I called to place an order today December 9 2019 at 12h27. The woman who was on the phone was rude and obnoxious. I canceled my whole order, i do not do business with people like that!

Excellent Quebec food.

The food is generally good, but lately the service is slow. We also had a few time where the orders either came in wrong or missing items. It used to be excellent but somehow it changed drastically. Not sure if management changed or what but it is not what it used to be.

They increased their prices..again. Now it cost 3$ to add a old stalled bag of cheese. The delivery is always arround 60mins but never less, they need to hire more drivers, with the new price increase they can afford it too. Last order; two surpises box I had two small chicken legs.. stalled fries. My cat had a better meal that night than us.

Great BBQ Chicken; All U can eat coleslaw and sauce. House wine is very good. Also have a Private wine selection that you get at half price on Wednesdays. Friendly and efficient service. There's a Bar section for more cozy & intimate dining where kids are not allowed. Parking on premises.

Was there for dinner with my kid, nothing extravagant. Ordered the Bangkok salad and the ovni plate for my kid. My salad was ok. An excessive amount of sauce and too much stuff that appeared to be fried pastas. The ovni liste four my kid was correct. The hamburger of fried chicken was poorly done. Had to wait end of The meal to have the juice ordered for my kid. Staff was friendly, nothing more. Will definitely try something else before going back there.

Very nice waitress but food was very slow, plus cold and the veggies weren’t very fresh. Some of my ceasar salad was brown and limp. Some beans were brown, and the grape tomatoes weren’t the right color. She brought popsicles on a warm plate from the dishwasher for the kids. Popsicles broke.

The staff is not professional at all, the service is long even if the restaurant is empty. At least the food is standard since this is a franchise. The manager is there to catch up all the mistake of the staff. I im wondering how can it take 1h30min for dinner during the week this is unacceptable. The owner should make a clean up in is staff to reach st-hubert standards.

Nice restaurant with good decor. The food was good as well but the service was so, so. First the menu is a bit confusing for some items, then the waitress forgot one of our drinks and she never came back to check on us. She also brought the wrong dessert. I guess she was having a bad day...

Waitress was very nice. But forgot to bring us water, service was very slow for food. Food portion was horrible. Hardly got any fries in the meal and usually other locations load up on the fries! Chicken didn’t taste good. Wouldn’t come back here again.

Quick and friendly service in the fanciest decorated StHubert I've ever been in

The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because I cannot give it a zero star review. I'm at lost for words when it comes to the service at this place. My cousin reserved for 40 people at 5h30pm. We arrive, no section is reserved for us. They set up a section and only 20 seats were available. We were finally able to sit down and give our order right away. Then we wait... and wait... and wait. 2 and a half hours later, we still have no food on our table. All we're being told is "sorry we have 4 groups tonight". If that was the case, they should have the staff to supply those 4 groups. 12 people are working in the kitchen and the disorganization is unbelievable. I feel bad for my cousin as this was for her son's birthday and the children are complaining that they're hungry. The adults are starving also. Almost 3 hours in and the food is finally coming out. Not coming back here again.

Food is good, but it is getting expensive.for this type of restaurant.

Food as you'd expect from St-Hub, the ambiance and decor, recently renovated, is great but the music at lunch time on the bar side is a little to much like a nightclub... they should tone it down.

The new dining room is very exquisite. It looks less then a "diner" and more like a high end restaurant. Very well done and staff is very nice and helpful

St. Hubert is as good as Swiss Chalet

This was a delivery. I asked for 2 quart poitrines, 1 quart cuisse and 1 quart cuisse gluten free. When the delivery arrived, everything was in the same box, no bread, no sauce. When I called to complain the manager of the restaurant said “I can’t give you a refund because we give the bread and the sauce for free”. What kind of answer is this from a manager?? I didn’t ask for a refund but it’s the second time this happens to me and on the bill it’s specified that there’s only one gluten free options and that the other ones should have sauce and bread. The manager told me she was the one to make my order but it wasn’t her fault. Nothing was her fault. Never said she was sorry for what had happened and it’s because it was busy. So much for service a la clientele She should not be called a manager. She had no professionalism and was not polite at all!You have definitely lost clients!

The food is great. Decor is nice and cozy. There is a glassed in kids play area to keeps the young ones occupied until the food comes. Service on the slow side despite the place being quiet.

The new spicy Rotisserie Chicken and pountine was fantastic. Good customer service as well... They were able to accommodate an entire hockey team and parents with no notice, gave us entire section to ourselves.

Very slow service and they have been able to not have the right meal 2 times on the same visit.

Always good, they know how to re-invented themselves.

I love the poutine and chicken there

The taste wasn't as expected especially for the amount of money spent so it was just ok.

Very disappointed today bcz the chicken was so dry and rice were uncooked.please take some time to train your cook for better food preparation. Thanks
